At Calmi, we want you to feel as comfortable in our pieces as you do in your own skin; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
